Where can I get help if I still have questions?
 
Answer:
If you have a question or problem with your claim, call our telephone filed claims number using a touch-tone telephone and inquire about your claim at 1-866-500-0017. The inquiry option is available weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

You can also visit one of our Problem Resolution Offices for answers to your questions or help to resolve problems with your claim. The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (temporary extended hours) Monday through Friday.
