The Health Care Services division has been notified of the following errors that have occurred in the surgical fee schedule:

• On page 1 of the surgical fee schedule, CPT^â code 10021 lists a fee of $831.04 in the FSOF MAP column. A fee should not be listed for this code, as Medicare has not included the procedure in the grouper listing.  Instead, the fee of $831.04 should be listed in the FSOF MAP column for code 10121.

• On page 75 of the surgical fee schedule, CPT^â code 48160 lists the number 9 in the Asst Surg “T” column.  The number 9 should be removed and the field should remain blank.

Please correct your fee schedules with the above information and inform the Health Care Services division at (517) 322-5433 if there are any further discrepancies noted.
