Change to Rule 418.55 - Notice of Intent

Please take note that R 418.55 Admission of records, reports, memorandum and data compilation, has been changed and is now in effect. The new rule language requires that the Notice of Intent, and any objection, be transmitted between the parties only and that the parties produce and retain a Proof of Service. Parties are no longer required to submit these filings to the Board of Magistrates unless there is a motion regarding some dispute.

Please also be reminded that routine correspondence sent to the agency should be limited to items such as the Carrier's Response, appearance and answer, and substitution of counsel. Correspondence between the parties, including deposition notices, should not be sent to the agency.
