New SSA Period Life Table for Redemption Allocations

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has published a new Period Life Table 2006, replacing the 2005 table. This is the table that must be used by attorneys and magistrates when allocating the net redemption proceeds over a plaintiff's life expectancy.
