Travel Reimbursement Rates Effective January 1, 2003

The Department of Management and Budget has advised that the travel reimbursement rates effective January 1, 2003 are as follows:

State, City	County/Area	Breakfast	Lunch	Dinner	Lodging
In-State Cities (all others not listed below)		$7.25	$7.25	$16.50	$65.00 + taxes
Michigan Select Cities (higher cost)	All of Wayne County	$8.75	$8.75	$21.00	$65.00 + taxes
	All of Oakland County
	Ann Arbor, Charlevoix, Gaylord, Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Traverse City

IMPORTANT CHANGE:
The private car rate has been decreased to $.36 per mile.
