the Workers' Compensation Agency made changes to Administrative Rule 408.43. The changes to the general rules provide clarification to the rules regarding employers seeking to self-administer claims, definition to group self-insurer investment amounts, defines unacceptable endorsements to excess policies, clarifies acceptable

workers' compensation adjusting experience for service companies and self administered self-insurers, and when claims may be handled outside of
Michigan
