The Bureau of Labor Market Information & Strategic Initiatives has reported the state average weekly wage as of June 30, 2008 to be $834.79. In accordance with Section 418.355(2) of the Workers' Disability Compensation Act, the 2009 maximum weekly benefit based on 90% of the state average weekly wage is $752.00.
