Governor approves legislation regarding out-of-state injuries
Governor Granholm approved legislation amending MCLA 418.845 covering out-of-state injuries. This bill became effective January 13, 2009. The amended act can be found at http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/2007-2008/publicact/pdf/2008-PA-0499.pdf .
