Notice of Payment Ratio Adjustment for a Michigan Hospital

This memorandum is directed to all insurance companies, self-insured employers and group funds, service companies, review companies and data software companies as notice of a change in the following hospital's payment ratio for workers' compensation.

The bureau has approved an adjustment to the payment ratio for the following hospital effective for dates of service on or after: January 1, 2002. Please adjust your payment system to reflect this change in the payment ratio.
