It has been brought to our attention that the radiology and surgery fee tables contained errors. Those errors have been corrected as follows:

Radiology Corrections:

• The Relative values and corresponding maximum allowable payments for the technical and professional portions of procedure codes 70120 and 70130 have been corrected.
• Procedures 79001-79999 were added as they were inadvertently omitted.

Surgery Corrections:

• The header for the 3rd column of fees was corrected and should read for dates of service January 1, 2002.
• Procedure code 44202, previously omitted, was added and the RVU, based on 1999 RVU and geographical indices, is 38.10.
• Procedure 47570 previously listed as 57570 was corrected to 47570.
• The technical and professional components have been changed for the following codes as they were previously reversed.
