2013 Calculation Program Correction

A corrected version of the 2013 Calculation Program (Version 14.1) is now available for download. This correction takes care of the problem that was found in the 2009 rate calculations using version 14.0. Prior versions of the program were not affected.

 

Please uninstall version 14.0 from your computers and install Version 14.1 in the usual fashion.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience or difficulty this program problem may have caused.
