Are workers' compensation claims usually disputed?
 
Answer:
No. The disputed cases receive the most attention, but the fact is that most cases are paid voluntarily and there is no problem and no dispute. The injured worker receives the appropriate medical care and wage loss compensation, followed by return to their same employment.
