A. No as long as you can report all the key milestones for each project on one form. If they do not fit, you will need to use two forms.
Q. How do I report on a construction project were there are two separate construction projects (crack sealing and runway lighting rehabilitation)?
A. If they are completed with one prime contractor for both projects, you will need to submit one 5370-1 form. If they are two separate contractors and contracts, you will need to submit two reports, one for each contractor/contract.
