How is MDOS ensuring the safety of voters, clerks, and election workers for the General Election?

The Michigan Bureau of Elections has provided all local jurisdictions with personal protective equipment and hygiene supplies to ensure that all polling places are clean and safe.

The Bureau has also provided detailed protocols on hygiene, sanitation, and social distancing measures to local clerks, in addition to explicit guidance on how to process absent voter ballots and how to carry out other election duties while observing strict health precautions.
