Can I request a refund if I was charged a late fee during the pandemic?
Late fees that were charged and later waived by legislation will be refunded upon request. A refund must be requested within 1 year of the payment of the late fee. To request a refund, visit our website, Michigan.gov/SOS, to download, complete, and submit a Refund Request Form
