The online Systematic Stress Management Program (SSMP) is an interactive program composed of seven modules which can be used individually or in combination to provide a personalized system to help manage the stress in your life. The Employee Service Program (ESP) offers services to state employees who are experiencing work-related problems, or personal concerns that are affecting their work. Any employee or their eligible family member who needs further assistance with work/life challenges can contact ESP to schedule an in-person or telephone appointment with an ESP counselor. All contact and participation with ESP is confidential, voluntary and free of charge.
