The Michigan Parole Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 to consider the possible parole of Montague McGuire, #103440. It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center; Richard A. Handlon Correctional Facility in Ionia, Michigan.
Montague McGuire is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Second Degree Murder. He was sentenced on January 17, 1978 out of Wayne County.
Thomas R. Combs, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.
