Can the PE requirement be waived?
Yes, if a candidate holds certain professional designations (CLU, ChFC, CPCU, AAI, CIC), or possesses a concentration of college credits in insurance from an accredited college. The candidate must submit a request in writing to our office and receive a written waiver before scheduling the exam.
