Eclipse Yoga will offer Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga classes on Sundays from 1-2 p.m. and Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. starting June 2 - Oct. 20. There will be no classes on June 30, July 7 or Sept. 1. Cost is  $25.  Meet at Silver Lake.

Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a fun way to experience yoga outdoors. Classes last 1 hour. Participants will paddle out, do an hour of yoga on the boards, and then paddle back in. Eclipse Yoga provides paddleboards and life jackets. No experience with SUP or Yoga is needed. Instructors will  teach you everything you need to know. Must be 18 years old. Children ages 14-17 can participate if accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian. We recommend sunblock, secure swimsuit, light clothing (something that won’t weigh you down if you go in the water, non-cotton). Do not bring anything you are not willing to lose or get wet. The instructor will have a dry bag for keys and such. Water bottles can be secured to the board with a clip or a carabiner. Register for classes at www.eclipseyoga.net . Participants can also register on site before class; please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Meet at Silver Lake Day Use area. Look for the paddleboards.

If class must be canceled due to weather or water conditions, it will be posted on our Facebook page; Those who registered ahead of time will be notified by e-mail as well.
