Eclipse yoga will offer Paddlefit classes on Mondays from 5:15-6:15 p.m. starting June 3 - Oct. 14, as well as every other Saturday from 9-10 a.m. starting July 7 - Aug. 8. There will be no class Sept. 2. Cost is $25. Meet at Spring Mill Pond.

Join Eclipse Yoga for PaddleFit - think cross-fit meets paddling. There are intervals of paddling and HIIT type exercises. Classes last 1 hour. Some exercises are done on boards and some on the beach (depending on a variety of factors). We provide paddleboards and life jackets. No experience with SUP or HIIT is needed. Must be 18 years old. Children ages 14-17 can participate if accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian. We recommend sunblock, secure swimsuit, light clothing (something that won’t weigh you down if you go in the water, non-cotton). Do not bring anything you are not willing to lose or get wet. The instructor will have a dry bag for keys and such. Water bottles can be secured to the board with a clip or a carabiner.  Register for classes at Participants can also register on-site before class; please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Turn right after you enter the park, follow the road to Spring Mill Pond. Look for the paddleboards.

If class must be canceled due to weather or water conditions, it will be posted on our Facebook page; Those who registered ahead of time will be notified by e-mail as well.
