Join park staff for a fun-filled camping weekend during the parks annual Fall Harvest Festival! The event is open to registered campers and their guests only. Be sure to make your camping reservations early. Campers should plan on bringing their campsite decorations. This years scheduled activites include: 

Friday

  • 6:00pm - 7:30pm - Hot Dog Roast with the Hosts! Meet at the Adventure Park across from the Campground Office, look for the tents. No parking at event.

Saturday

  • 8:00am - 10:00am - Coffee, hot chocolate and donuts with the Hosts! Meet at the Adventure Park across from the Campground Office.
  • 10:00am - 12:00pm - Kids' activities! Meet at the big field in the West Campground loop by Site #62; (Sack race, egg toss, pumpkin bowling, bean bag toss, 3-legged race, and floating duck pond) NWTF bb gun range for ages 5 and up, parents must be present.
  • Break for Lunch
  • 1:00pm - 2:00pm - Pumpkins will be handed out to the children at each campsite on the West loop (#1-109). Must be present to receive.
  • 2:00pm - 3:00pm - Pumpkins will be handed out to the children at each campsite on the East loop (#110-219). Must be present to receive.
  • 4:00pm--5:00pm - Costume Contest for children, adults, families, and pets. Meet at the big field in the West Campground loop by Site #62.        
  • 5:30pm - 7:00pm - Campsite Trick-or-Treating. No vehicle movement allowed.

Sunday

  • 8:00am - 10:00am - Coffee, hot chocolate and donuts with the Hosts! Meet at the Adventure Park across from the Campground Office.

Please note: The DNR may have to scale back some parts of our popular harvest festivals due to COVID-19 operational procedures and protocols designed to protect the health and safety of visitors, volunteers and staff.
