Join the Friends of Maybury State Park for an easy hike through the park, where you will learn to identify some easily recognizable edible wild plants. You will also learn how to identify those plants you should avoid. Some plants can be eaten raw, some need to be cooked. Learn what you need to know to "eat wild".
