Eclipse Yoga will offer Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga classes on Sundays from 1-2 p.m. and Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. starting June 2 - Oct. 20. There will be no classes on June 30, July 7 or Sept. 1. Cost is $25. Meet at Silver Lake.

Pinckney Recreation Area - Eclipse Yoga Paddle Fit

Eclipse yoga will offer Paddlefit classes on Sundays from 12 -1 p.m. and Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 p.m. starting June 2 - Oct. 20. There will be no classes on June 30, July 7 or Sept. 1. Cost is $25. Meet at Silver Lake.

Island Lake Recreation Area - Eclipse Yoga - Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga

Participants will paddle out, do an hour of yoga on the boards, and then paddle back in. Eclipse Yoga provides paddleboards and life jackets.

There are intervals of paddling and HIIT type exercises. Classes last 1 hour. Some exercises are done on boards and some on the beach (depending on a variety of factors).
