New for 2021: a universal antlerless deer license entitles residents and nonresidents, to take an antlerless deer on public or private land in any deer management unit open to antlerless deer hunting. No application is needed to purchase a universal antlerless deer license. Hunters of any age may purchase universal antlerless deer licenses, including youth hunters licensed under the Mentored Youth Hunting program.
