Cooperator Patches

Deer Cooperator Patch

Cooperator patches are used as an incentive for successful hunters to bring their deer to DNR check stations. A deer head (antlers must still be attached on bucks) or an entire carcass must be presented to receive a patch. Patches are not available by mail. Hunters also are urged to call ahead whenever possible to confirm hours and days of operation. Please note that deer patches are only available when bringing your deer to a check station where DNR staff are present to check your deer.

The 2018 Patch Contest saw over 200 entries, and the winning patch design was created by Matt MacDonald of Toronto, ON, CA.
