Michigan's State Emergency Operations Center coordinates release of all important news related to COVID-19, and the DNR and all state agencies work closely with the SEOC. Sign up to receive news releases directly from the SEOC.
Island Lake and Bald Mountain ranges, operated by Michigan Shooting Centers, are open with revised hours and restrictions, please see individual web pages for information.
Ortonville, Pontiac Lake, Rose Lake and Sharonville shooting ranges are open with the following restrictions:
Supply Road, Echo Point, Voyer Lake and Lost Nation ranges are open. Information regarding hours and restrictions are posted at each range.
Algonac shooting range at Algonac State Park is open with range hours from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
DNR visitor centers are open. Days and hours of operation at each location will be reduced, please visit each location’s web page for more information. We strongly recommend calling before you go, as staffing issues could change posted hours of operation.
Please note, the visitor centers at Oden State Fish Hatchery and Wolf Lake State Fish Hatchery are open. All other hatchery buildings, including visitor centers at other hatcheries, remain closed to the public until further notice.
