This two-day workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days (or until you finish lacing your snowshoes).

Instructors will give participants step-by-step instruction on how to lace the Ojibwe style wooden-framed snowshoes (11 by 45 inches). Tubular nylon will be used for the lacing.

Participants will have to varnish their snowshoes at a later time, preferably in a well-ventilated location.

There will be a lunch break at noon, and participants may either bring their own food or go into downtown Grayling to buy lunch.

Cost for the class is $190. Participation is limited to 10.

Please note: Cancellations must be made no later than Feb. 25, 2023.
