The Lighthouse Adaptive Kayak Program strives to provide opportunities for individuals of all abilities to experience kayaking with the use of adaptive equipment and modifications as needed. All equipment will be provided. Participants may bring their own equipment if preferred. Please pre-register by contacting Olivia Jacques at 231-263-1350 or ojacques@lighthouserehab.com.
Kayaking will take place at the beach area with accessible mobi deck and accessible kayak launch.
Backup/weather date is scheduled for August 29th.
A Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into Michigan state parks. To make a camping reservation, visit MIDNRReservations.com or call 1-800-447-2757.
