The first day of this whitetail deer processing and cooking class will cover field processing, skinning, deboning and prepping venison for grinding and cooking and preparing wild, foraged edibles to be cooked.

The second day, instructors will demonstrate smoking techniques, preserving foraged foods, how to make venison smoked summer sausage, hot digs, breakfast sausage, holiday smoked fish dip and more.

Cost for this class is $70. Registration is required.

• Cancellations made any time after processing this reservation until the close of business two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel after the two-week deadline, no refund will be issued.
