Request a Flood or Low Flow Discharge Form
Authorized by PA 451 of 1994. Completion of this form is voluntary.
COVID-19 Information: Due to the limitations of remote work systems, we are temporarily changing our definition of large-volume requests to allow us to process all flood discharge requests as efficiently as possible and maintain our turnaround times for regular requests. Until the COVID-19 emergency is over, large-volume requests will be defined as 8 or more locations received in one day or 15 or more locations received in one week, from the same requestor (company, not individual). Regular requests are processed within 30 days; large-volume requests may take up to 60 days to process. Once the emergency has ended and the requirement to work remotely has been lifted, we will return to our normal definition of large-volume requests (10 or more locations received in one day or 20 or more locations received in one week).
