Internships
We work with talented and innovative undergraduate and graduate college students. The experience is either virtual, in-person, or a hybrid and students will gain experience and knowledge of how to protect Michigan's environment and public health through unpaid internships.
EGLE interns may be studying in some of the following areas:
Accounting, Biology, Chemistry, Communications, Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Science, Finance, Geology, Graphic Arts and Design, Laboratory Science, Materials Management, Meteorology, Physics, Sustainability Programs, Toxicology, Water Resources, or a similar field of study.
Intern Projects
Projects may include research, policy writing, data analyses, mapping, and geographic information system (GIS), engineering, marketing, communications, journalism, report writing, and much more.
