EGLE kicks off EGLE Classroom video series
October 01, 2020
With lots of students learning remotely at home, the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy has kicked off EGLE Classroom, a series of videos featuring EGLE experts on various topics.
EGLE Director Liesl Clark launched the series with a video, highlighting the availability of the videos to teachers and parents alike.
"We take our mission to protect public health and the environment seriously," Clark said. "So, we are launching EGLE Classroom that features content that comes directly from our experts. The videos will help you think about how to talk to students about interacting with the world around them."
Videos will be posted periodically on the department's EGLE Classroom website, where you'll also find other resources to assist students and instructors with information on environmental topics.
The first video debuted yesterday.
