EGLE's Air Quality Division releases latest story map: 2020 Year in Review
March 22, 2021
If you are interested in and following the "By the Numbers" editions of MI Environment, you will love the release of the Air Quality Division's (AQD) Year in Review for 2020.
This infographic report gives an overview, by the numbers, of what Air Quality staff were up to in the last year.
The story map version will walk you through what the Division's metrics were, but also what these activities mean for the continued protection of air quality, public health, and the environment.
"With 2020 being a year like no other in recent memory, we wondered how we would be affected," notes Mary Ann Dolehanty, AQD director. "We rose to the challenge before us and put protection of the state's air resources first. Day-to-day, week-to-week, and month-to-month, we adapted our work and made changes to support our mission."
Take a walk through this year's infographic by viewing the interactive story map.
