Flint residents can obtain sampling kits, water filters and water filter replacement cartridges at the Flint City Hall (1101 Saginaw St., Flint MI 48502.) The Kiosk at City Hall is open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm weekdays. Residents can also call 810-410-2020 to request a sample kit be dropped off or picked up by a Health Navigator.

Flint has three help centers that offer free nutritional food:
- Bethel United Methodist Church, 1309 N. Ballenger Highway, open Mondays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Asbury United Methodist Church, 1653 Davison Road, open Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Greater Holy Temple, 6702 N. Dort Highway, open Thursdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
These help centers are currently not supplying filters.
