Gov. Rick Snyder makes reappointments to the Correctional Officers Training Council

LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Rick Snyder today announced the reappointments of Rev. Robert Davis of Saginaw and Francine Wresinski of Holt to the Correctional Officers Training Council.
The eight-member council develops minimum standards and requirements for state correctional officers.
"I thank Rev. Davis and Francine for working with this council," said Snyder. “I am confident they will help maintain and better the standards for correctional officers in Michigan.”
Davis is the chief servant leader at Christ Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Family and the chaplain for the Saginaw Police Department. He previously served as an assistant to Bishop Edgar Vann, pastor of Second Ebenezer Church. He will continue to represent the general public.
Wresinski is the director of lean process improvement IT for the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). She previously served as the DTMB director of the office of organizational performance management and as the DTMB director of employee and administrative services. Wresinski holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University. She will continue to represent DTMB.
Members will serve three-year terms expiring March 29, 2021.
