Agricultural Pesticide Dealer License

The Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development administers licenses to all Agricultural Pesticide Dealers in Michigan. Any establishment at which agricultural pesticides are sold or offered for sale to the end user is required to obtain an Agricultural Pesticide Dealer License (unless they already have a restricted use pesticide dealer license). An agricultural pesticide is any pesticide with Worker Protection Labeling as required by 40 CFR Parts 156 and 170. For more information, call 1-800-292-3939.
