  • Research Your Options. Check with your schools, explore community education programs, parks and recreation programs, 4-H youth programs, YMCA programs and local sports team programs.
  • Use Natural Resources. Take advantage of your schools' playgrounds, track, tennis court, basketball courts and other open areas, skate parks, bicycle and walking trails, hiking routes, community pools, playgrounds sledding hills and public parks in your area. These are all great places for families to have fun and get fit together!
