Receipt of Complaint and Determination of Jurisdiction

Generally, you will receive written acknowledgement that we received your complaint within 5 days after receipt.  Subsequently, your complaint will be reviewed. If the complaint alleges violation of the laws administered by the Bureau, an investigation will be initiated.


If we do not have jurisdiction over the matter, we will notify you by mail as soon as possible.  We can only assist you if the complaint alleges violations of the licensing laws that we administer.
