The MiSTEM Network collaborated with the Advisory Council Grant Consortia STEM leaders to provide access to resources designed to support
PreK – 12 students, families, teachers, and professional learning facilitators as they navigate educating in the time of COVID-19.
Since its creation in 2017, the MiSTEM Advisory Council has provided $3.05 million annually in state grants to support K-12 STEM programs to increase student engagement and achievement, as well as new programs to expand access to work-related experiences and professional training.
By increasing STEM engagement in all Michigan communities, we can create sustainable pathways and careers to cultivate an innovative workforce of the future. Annual state-funded grants awarded by the MiSTEM Advisory Council are designed to:
