Schedule an Appointment

  • Schedule an appointment to speak with a Customer Service Agent. Select the date, time, and type of appointment you would like to schedule.

    • Telephone appointments and virtual appointments are available for customers with specific claim issues.

    • Local Unemployment offices are open for in-person service by appointment only. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted. You must bring a mask to wear at your appointment.

     

     

    • Virtual appointments utilizing voice to text closed captioning are available for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing. To schedule this type of appointment, click on the link below, then choose "Virtual Appointments for customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have other hearing impairments" from the menu.

  • Schedule a PHONE APPOINTMENT for the following issues:

    Customers can schedule a phone appointment for the following issues:

    • I filed under the wrong Social Security Number
    • My claim is inactive
    • I am unable to certify for all weeks needed
    • I need to file a claim, but one is already filed in my name
    • I do not have the link in MiWAM to file a claim

     

    ‚ÄčSchedule an IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT at a local unemployment office. You will be seen BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted.

     

    Schedule a VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT.  You will receive an email with a link to join a video call on Google Meet on your appointment date. You will need to have a Gmail account to join from a mobile device. You do not need to have a Gmail account to join from a computer. Virtual appointments may be scheduled for the following issues:

    • I filed under the wrong Social Security Number
    • My claim is inactive
    • I am unable to certify for all weeks needed
    • I need to file a claim, but one is already filed in my name
    • I do not have the link in MiWAM to file a claim
