I am confused by some of the terms you used on form 1575 - the Notice of Redetermination. Could you explain them?

BENEFIT YEAR BEGINS DATE — The Sunday date of the first week of your benefit year. Usually this is the Sunday of the week in which your new claim was filed.

BENEFIT YEAR ENDS DATE — The Saturday date your claim ends. It is one year from the Benefit Year Begins date.

LAST EMPLOYER CHARGE FOR FIRST 2 BENEFIT WEEKS — In most cases your last employer will be charged for the first two weeks of benefits paid on your claim.
