Paul Mulka, Division Director

Paul Mulka is the Division Director at Michigan Career and Technical Institute. He has worked for MCTI for 34 years. During his career at MCTI, he has served as manager of Business Services, Program Development, Career & Technical Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Deputy Director. He has been the President of the Michigan Rehabilitation Association and National Rehabilitation Association of Job Placement and Development. He received his MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University
