Claimants who certify by phone must call Monday-Wednesday or their designated day and time that corresponds with the last two digits of their Social Security Number (SSN). If you missed your call-in day, you may call MARVIN on Thursday or Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may certify on MIWAM 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
