There is not minimum age to file for unemployment benefits. individuals who are full-time students, the wages they earn are excluded from employment; therefore, they are not eligible for benefits on a state claim. However, the individual, can file a PUA claim. They must meet the same requirement as other PUA claimants, i.e., not working or hours reduced for a COVID19-related reason.
