As the Strategic Partnership Specialist for Sixty by 30, Paul is building new connections and developing collaborative partnerships across the State of Michigan, with the goal of building support and recognition of Sixty by 30 and Reconnect.

Previously, Paul spent almost six years in workforce development with Michigan Works! Much of his work focused on serving populations that are low income and high barrier, to help them achieve career and education success.

Paul attended Western Michigan University where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies, and a Master of Arts in Family Science - Family Life Education. He published research on careers and career paths around the field of aging and how to generate interest and attract professionals toward these increasingly important roles. Paul is also a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations.

Outside of his career, Paul is very invested and involved in the marching arts, serving as a color guard coach for over 10 years as well as being a former champion baton twirler.
