Submit an e-rate help desk case

When submitting an inquiry related to any existing E-Rate funding request, please fill out as many of these items as you can look up to better assist us in understanding your specific situation and providing an accurate response. Failure to include the required information will negatively impact turnaround time on your request. If your question does not require our help desk staff to research your individual situation you can also send a simple email to erate@michigan.gov.
