Who do I contact if I'm having difficulty accessing the Network?







A - The first place you should check is the MCOLES website at the Status Updates & Login page.  If we are experiencing any difficulties with the system, we will post an announcement in the Network Status Update. If no known problems are described there, please call the MCOLES Help Desk at 517-636-7867.

Please Note: 

If you are unable to log onto the MCOLES Network and receive the following error message, please follow the steps below to re-establish your connection.

Error establishing encrypted connection to mcoles-mitn.state.mi.us
Error code - 12210


Open Internet Explorer.
Go to the Tools menu.
Select Internet Options...Advanced Tab.
Scroll down to the Security section.
Uncheck 'Use SSL 2.0'
Check 'Use SSL 3.0'
Apply your changes.
