The Oscoda Township Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer.
Qualified applicants must be MCOLES licensed or licensable at time of hiring and have the minimum of an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or related field. Applicants will be required to pass physical, psychological and drug screening prior to employment.
Starting wage for this position is: $49,920 with cost of living and pay step increases. Officers receive 13 paid holidays, 36 hours personal leave time, longevity pay and 80 hours vacation time after one year of employment. Officers also receive medical insurance with vision and dental and life insurance.
