Fowlerville Police Department: Full-time Police Officer Closing Date: November 17, 2022

The Fowlerville Police Department is accepting applications and/or resumes for a full-time police officer position.  To receive consideration, it is preferred that the applicant have one year full time road patrol experience, or two years of part time experience, however, we will consider candidates with less than the preferred road patrol experience.  The applicant must have good interpersonal-public relation skills and be able to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends. 

The applicant must also meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Be a Michigan Resident
  • Possess a valid Michigan driver's license
  • Have obtained valid MCOLES license or licensable
  • Possess a two year degree in criminal justice or related field from an accredited college and successfully pass a comprehensive background investigation, medical examination and drug screen.
