The Iron River Police Department is looking for a full-time officer. Compensation is based on road experience, less than 1,000 hours, starting wage is $20.70 and for more than 1,000 hours, starting wage is $24.97. Applicants must meet MCOLES certification, previous full-time experiences are preferred, have a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, be at least 21 years of age, and be able to work independently. An offer to the successful applicant is subject to an employment physical and drug panel testing.
